Job summary

4over is seeking a Packer for the 2nd shift to prepare finished materials for shipment, follow cutting department instructions, and document processes. This role supports quality control and ensures safe handling of materials in a climate-controlled plant.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM or similar, with eight hours or more per day. Training may occur at other times; compensation is $19–$20 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished materials following customer specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Cutter Operator to secure correct stock and boxes.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure accurate labeling and packing.
• Maintain inventory and organize packing materials and boxes.
• Complete records and paperwork as needed and follow safety rules.
