Job summary

4over is seeking a Packer to support the final stage of production in our Arlington, TX facility. The role involves packing finished materials to spec, maintaining quality, and preparing jobs for shipment with accurate documentation.

You will work 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with training opportunities. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, basic math, and good communication in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or 1–3 months related manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail; good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cutter Operator to follow form/batch cut instructions.
• Identify quantity and stock type to ensure correct packing boxes.
• Unload product from cutter tables and verify order labels.
• Inspect products for quality control.
• Track inventory by order number and maintain accurate records.
• Box completed jobs safely and inform supervisor when ready for inspection.
• Keep packing area organized; replenish boxes, tape, dividers, and markers.
• Perform housekeeping and adhere to safety rules.
