Job summary

Granules Consumer Health LLC in Manassas, VA is seeking a Packaging Supervisor/Manager (2nd shift) to oversee daily packaging operations. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance while optimizing resources.

You will require 8–10 years of packaging supervisory experience in pharma/nutrition manufacturing and a BS in science or pharmacy. Relocation assistance is provided and relocation is supported.

Qualifications

• BS in Science, pharmacy, or related degree.
• 8-10 years of packaging supervisory/management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Must have bottle packaging line experience within a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging planning based on marketing requirements, manpower, and equipment capacity.
• Supervise staff, train on SOPs, cGMPs, CAPAs, and quality handling.
• Maintain GMP-compliant work area and ensure FDA/OSHA compliance.
• Optimize use of resources to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage packaging-related ERP data entries and records.
• Execute packaging validation batches and cleaning verifications.
• Monitor change controls, deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
• Enforce safety procedures and SOPs.
• Report progress and actions to the department head.
