Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy or related field.
• 8–10 years packaging supervisor experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Bottle packaging line experience in pharma/nutraceutical manufacturing; pharma packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise day-to-day packaging operations.
• Lead packaging staff, ensure SOPs, cGMP compliance.
• Ensure GMP-compliant work area and meet FDA/OSHA requirements.
• Manage packaging-related ERP data entries.
• Oversee packaging exhibit, validation batches, and cleaning verifications.
• Monitor change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and corrective actions.
• Enforce safety and SOP procedures.
• Report progress and issues to Site Head/GM.
