Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking Packaging Line Operators for our Dry Powder Operations team. The role operates packaging equipment, performs real-time quality checks, and works with the production team to meet customer specifications on a consistent 2nd shift schedule.

You will set up and monitor equipment, complete MMRs and production records, maintain sanitation, and participate in overtime with double pay for hours over 50. A High School diploma and 1+ year in food manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and ability to perform basic math.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Experience in food manufacturing or GMP awareness is a plus.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment and related machinery as assigned.
• Perform real-time quality checks and documentation to ensure specifications.
• Monitor production flow and address faults or slowdowns promptly.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
• Assist with overtime or weekend work when required.
