Job summary

Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking reliable Packaging Line Operators to join our Dry Powder Operations team. You will operate packaging equipment, perform real-time quality checks, and coordinate with the production team to ensure products are packaged safely and to customer specifications.

This role offers a consistent 2nd shift with a 3-day work week, paid for 40 hours. You’ll contribute to accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in food manufacturing with GMPs and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic shop math and read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to work in an environment with food allergens, dry powder, dust, and wet conditions.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment and related machinery.
• Make equipment adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Perform visual bag inspections, seal integrity, coding and weight checks.
• Complete MMRs, production records, and quality documentation in real time.
• Monitor equipment and product flow to address faults or slowdowns.
• Report production concerns promptly to supervisor for resolution.
• Follow GMPs, food-safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Support overtime or weekend work when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
