Fortress Nutrition, LLC is seeking Packaging Line Operators for our Dry Powder Operations team on 1st shift. You will set up and run packaging equipment, perform real-time quality checks, and collaborate with production to meet customer specs. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to GMPs in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a 1st shift schedule with options for overtime or extra weekends. You will contribute to a reliable operation, maintain clean work areas, and support the team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in food manufacturing with GMPs and allergen controls.
• Basic shop math.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Able to work in environments with allergens, dust, and wet conditions.
• Overtime and weekend availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment and related machinery.
• Make equipment adjustments to meet specifications.
• Perform accurate quality checks (bag visual inspection, seal integrity, coding, weight).
• Complete MMRs, production records, and quality docs in real time following GMPs.
• Monitor equipment and product flow; identify faults and address slowdowns.
• Report production concerns promptly to supervisor or lead.
