Job summary

Fortress Nutrition is seeking a reliable Packaging Line Operator for our Dry Powder Division on the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00am–4:30pm). You will set up and operate packaging equipment, perform real-time quality checks, and document production data per GMPs in a fast-paced facility in New Berlin, WI.

This role requires 1+ years in food manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in food manufacturing or related field.
• Knowledge of GMPs, hygiene, sanitation and allergen controls.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain packaging equipment (fillers, sealers, x-ray systems, metal detectors, scales, coders).
• Make adjustments to meet specifications and quality.
• Perform real-time quality checks (bag visuals, seal integrity, codes, weights).
• Complete MMRs and production quality documentation in real time per GMPs.
