Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of filling/packaging equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain filling/packaging equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Document daily/weekly production and quality records and ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment via HMI and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist training of production assistants and ensure GMPs and safety rules are followed.
• Comply with SQF/FSMA and other food safety policies.
