Job summary

Rotational Molding Technologies is seeking a 2nd Shift Oven Trimmer in New Paris, IN for a full-time manual labor role. Work 3:00pm to 1:00am, Monday through Thursday, with a $1 per hour shift premium for 2nd Shift. Responsibilities include trimming plastic parts, pulling parts from molds, and helping the oven operator.

Qualifications call for good safety habits, ability to maintain a steady pace, and willingness to lift up to 60 lbs in portions. Benefits eligible after 60 days.

Qualifications

• 10 lbs – 30 lbs of lifting 30% of the time; 30 lbs – 60 lbs of lifting 20% of the time.
• Be able to work well with other people.

Responsibilities

• Pulling plastic parts from molds and refilling molds with plastic powder.
• Use power air tools, drill, saws and router, etc.
• Trimming plastic parts that come off the machine.
• Assisting oven operator as needed.
