Job summary

Michiana Rotational Molding, LLC is seeking an Oven Operator for the third shift in Constantine, MI. You will operate rotational molding ovens, monitor cycle times and temperatures, load molds, and ensure quality and safety on the production line.

We offer on-the-job training, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities to progress within the skilled trade of rotational molding. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, and able to work in a hot environment with heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality on a 3rd shift schedule.
• Comfortable in a hot manufacturing environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines to control cycle times and temperatures.
• Load molds, charge material, and unload finished parts.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and safety across shifts.
• Use hand tools to adjust machines and troubleshoot simple issues.
• Record production counts and temperatures accurately.
• Keep equipment clean and report problems to supervision.
