Job summary

Michiana Rotational Molding in Constantine, MI is seeking an Oven Operator for the second shift. You will run the heart of the process, controlling heating, cooling, and rotation cycles to turn plastic powder into finished parts.

You will load molds, monitor cycle times and temperatures, follow SOPs, use hand tools for adjustments, record data, keep equipment clean, and work with your team to hit daily production targets while following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and dependable on every shift.
• Able to work in a hot environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address minor machine issues.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules, part numbers, and settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures to keep quality and safety consistent from part to part.

• Keep equipment clean and in good working order, and report problems to your supervisor early.
• Work with your shift team to keep parts moving and hit daily production targets.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a high‑heat environment and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Basic hand tool skills

• Manufacturing experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person from scratch
