Michiana Rotational Molding in Constantine, MI is hiring an Oven Operator for the first shift. You will run and monitor the heating, cooling, and rotation cycles that turn plastic powder into finished parts, working closely with your shift team to hit daily production targets.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, physical stamina for a hot environment, and a proactive mindset to troubleshoot minor machine issues. Training is provided to learn the skilled trade and advance within the company.

Formación

• Comfortable working in a high-heat environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, managing cycle times and temperatures to spec.
• Load molds, charge them with material, and unload finished parts.
• Follow standard operating procedures to keep quality and safety consistent.
• Use hand tools to adjust machines and address minor issues.
• Record production counts, temperatures, and mold cycles accurately.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition; report problems early.
• Work with the shift team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE.
