Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, managing cycle times and temperatures to spec.
• Load molds, charge them with material, and unload finished parts.
• Follow standard operating procedures to keep quality and safety consistent.
• Use hand tools to adjust machines and address minor issues.
• Record production counts, temperatures, and mold cycles accurately.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition; report problems early.
• Work with the shift team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE.
