MAKS Plastics in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Rotational Molding Oven Operator for 1st and 3rd shifts. You will operate ovens and molds to produce plastic parts, fill molds with resin, and remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment with heat and noise, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

• Comfortable working in heat, noise, and at heights (up to 15 ft).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (more with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens and molds to produce high-quality plastic parts
• Fill molds with resin and safely secure them for production
• Remove finished parts after heating and cooling cycles
• Inspect products and identify quality issues
• Keep production moving at pace with the oven
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support teammates and help wherever needed
