Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Texas is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Operator for the Packaging Department. Working on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), you will operate and monitor production equipment, load and unload machinery, and help ensure quality checks on ingredients.

This role starts with a 4-5 day onboarding, a great chance to learn safety procedures and good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned
