Job summary

Qualifications

• Three–five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E Arc Flash program.
• Familiarity with gas-fired ovens, gas trains and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate maintenance employees; supervise lead/technician staff.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs and safety regulations.
• Schedule and approve maintenance staff hours; address payroll issues.
• Investigate and resolve operational and maintenance problems to minimize downtime.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel for future needs.
• Maintain a 5S work environment and clean facilities.
