You will oversee a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and foster a safety‑driven culture to ensure equipment reliability and product quality. The role emphasizes leadership, troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting using EAM/SAP.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in electrical systems up to 480V and motor controls.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and reading blueprints/ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee daily maintenance activities including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Review production and maintenance reports to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Promote a 5S and continuous improvement culture; support hiring and training.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and leadership teams; manage employee relations.
