Job summary

Allegion McKenzie plant seeks an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of hourly associates in manufacturing safety, quality and delivery. The role focuses on planning, supervising and improving production processes while maintaining ISO and EHS standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and internal KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Associates in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles knowledge is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to safely produce products and meet schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve metrics.
• Plan daily production activities aligned with plant goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed and records maintained.
