Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Greenfield, IN. You will lead a team of 1-2 Team Leaders and up to 30 hourly employees, directing work to meet safety and quality standards while implementing lean improvements.

The role requires a HS diploma and 5 years of manufacturing experience with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities. You will participate in audits and daily production meetings to drive performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment showing progressive experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents and technical procedures.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 Team Leaders and up to 30 hourly employees in Operations.
• Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Address complaints and resolve problems with support of the Shift Supervisor.
• Ensure safety, quality and standard work per ISO and lean practices.
