Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coach Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will partner with the Operations Manager to drive productivity, engagement, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration across the plant.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality standards, and timely delivery, with a focus on building a positive team culture and employee development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and employee development skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume production.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members to drive safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Partner with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
