Job summary
Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure within a production environment. You will lead a maintenance team, drive preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure timely work orders, and push continuous improvement to boost reliability and safety.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong PM program knowledge, Kaizen experience, safety standards proficiency, and the ability to plan weekly and monthly
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage weekly/monthly maintenance schedules
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, World Class Manufacturing) and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure
- Lead and develop a maintenance team
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure work orders are completed on time
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, safety, and performance
