Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on leader will oversee daily operations across client accounts, coaching supervisors, and coordinating staffing and schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

You will manage key projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards while supporting growth opportunities and new business development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 2–3 years of management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for assigned client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and support supervisors and field staff.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure client accounts are properly covered.
• Coordinate employee assignments and schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Follow up on inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor service quality to meet company and client standards.
• Manage projects from planning through completion and prioritize needs.
• Identify operational problems and develop effective solutions.
• Communicate openly with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Assist with new business opportunities and development of new accounts.
• Manage and maintain business contracts and account requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment in negotiating and managing business matters.
• Complete required operational paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
