Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Multi-Site Janitorial Team Lead for the 2nd shift (6 PM–2:30 AM). This hands-on role covers assigned buildings, supports cleaners, and ensures locations meet company and customer expectations.

You will travel between sites, organize daily tasks, train staff, complete walkthroughs, and report attendance, performance, and safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience required.
• Team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle if needed.
• Ability to work independently and guide others.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
• Ability to use a mobile device for timekeeping and documentation.
• Willingness to work the assigned schedule and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties at assigned buildings.
• Travel between buildings to provide coverage during shifts.
• Organize daily cleaning assignments and communicate priorities.
• Train new and existing cleaners on duties and safety.
• Conduct walkthroughs to check cleaning quality and ensure tasks are completed.
• Report attendance, performance issues, and customer complaints to management.
• Document training and walkthrough findings in company systems.
• Monitor supplies and request replenishment.
• Follow building procedures for keys, alarms, and access.
• Follow chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Report injuries and unsafe conditions promptly.
