Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Area Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities. You will train staff, inspect quality, coordinate coverage, and ensure consistent, professional service for our customers.

This full-time, evening role offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with a $300 referral bonus. Start and end times vary by workload; weekend availability is a plus.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation. A company vehicle may be available for use during the shift, depending on the assigned area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
