Job summary

Ciocca is seeking a Multi-Site Janitorial Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. This hands-on role covers assigned buildings, supports cleaners, and ensures locations meet company and customer standards.

Schedule: 6PM-2:30AM. Pay: $16.00 per hour. You will train new cleaners, supervise, and coordinate daily tasks with travel between sites as needed. This full-time position emphasizes reliability, safety, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Acceptable Criminal Background Screen.
• Acceptable Drug Test Screen.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
• Previous team lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations required.
• Ability to meet company driving requirements if operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, and guide other cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to use a mobile device for work assignments, timekeeping, and documentation.
• Availability to work the assigned schedule and accommodate changes in building assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties in assigned buildings.
• Travel between sites to provide cleaning coverage during call-offs and vacancies.
• Organize daily cleaning assignments and communicate priorities to team members.
• Train new and existing cleaners on duties, procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Complete walkthroughs to verify cleaning quality and task completion.
• Address missed tasks and provide retraining as needed.
• Report attendance, performance issues, and customer complaints to management.
• Document findings and training actions in company systems.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; request replenishment as needed.
• Follow building procedures for keys, badges, alarms, and door security.
• Report injuries or unsafe conditions promptly and maintain professional communication.
