Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Area Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities. You will train staff, inspect quality, coordinate coverage, and ensure consistent, professional service for our customers.

This full-time, evening role offers $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with a $300 referral bonus. Start and end times vary by workload; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and adjust to staffing needs.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain the cleaning expectations for each assigned facility.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality meets standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.
• Arrange coverage or perform cleaning duties when needed.
• Manage staffing and hours to meet labor goals.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies.
• Respond to customer feedback and communicate follow-up to the team.
• Follow safety procedures including SDS handling.
• Maintain building security by following alarm procedures and tracking keys.
• Complete training records and disciplinary documentation.
• Communicate with cleaning teams and management.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean.
