Job summary

Carvana seeks a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, driving production and quality targets. This front-line role ensures safe movement of vehicles and adherence to standards.

You will coach the team, manage daily activities, and collaborate with the Inspection Center GM to decide on repairs based on cost and quality. This position is full-time and located in Indiana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated understanding of reconditioning processes and lean principles.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee team; identify strengths/weaknesses; drive improvements.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback.
• Lead a positive, communicative team culture and ensure safety compliance.
