Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Molding Operator for the 2nd shift at our Camarillo, CA facility. Core hours are 2:15pm to 10:45pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a base hourly rate of $20.00 plus a $2.00 shift differential per hour.

This is a direct hire with day 1 benefits including healthcare, accident insurance, 401k, and PTO. Responsibilities include operating molding presses, performing changeovers, verifying process parameters, and maintaining complete production documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• No relocation benefits; must reside in Camarillo, CA area (within 50 miles).
• U.S. person status required due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain molding presses and related equipment.
• Perform mold setups, changeovers, and minor adjustments per work instructions and specs.
• Verify machine settings, part IDs, and process parameters meet requirements.
• Complete routers, inspection records, scrap logs, and production reports accurately.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects and equipment issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Rework or repair molded/assembled parts per engineering changes and procedures.
• Read and follow blueprints, specs, and work instructions to determine operation sequence.
• Package products per Work Orders and shipment requirements.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
