Job summary

Precise Aerospace Manufacturing in Yorba Linda, CA is seeking a Molding Operator to operate plastic injection molding machines producing aerospace components. The role supports quality and production efficiency and requires following AS9100D guidelines. Training begins on 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) for 1–2 months, then moves to 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or specifications.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Start and operate plastic injection molding machines according to procedures and schedules.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and material usage to minimize waste.
• Perform material handling such as loading/unloading resin and verifying materials.
• Identify and report machine or tooling issues to the Molding Supervisor or Maintenance.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report issues or abnormalities.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
