Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within the immediate Camarillo, CA area (50 miles).
• U.S. person status required due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts to form subassemblies.
• Align, fit, assemble, fasten, connect, and install system components.
• Set up equipment to meet product standards for identification, painting, and wiring.
• Weigh, mix and identify inks, paints, adhesives, molding compounds, and potting materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Position and align subassemblies in jigs or fixtures and follow procedures.
• Bond components, EMI rings, and seals per work orders.
• Rework and repair assemblies according to engineering changes.
• Solder, crimp, and terminate wires per specifications.
• Maintain safe work area and participate in cross training.
