Job summary

Eaton is seeking a 1st Shift Assembler II for its Camarillo, CA facility. Core hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role pays $20.00 per hour with day 1 eligibility to benefits, including PTO, parental leave, and 401k with company match.

As an assembler, you will build subassemblies, interpret drawings, and ensure quality with proper calibration and safety practices. Prior experience in aerospace/defense assembly is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Camarillo, CA.
• U.S. person for export-controlled information as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, fasten, and install parts to form subassemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications.
• Stage materials for shipment and prepare wires for termination.
• Soldering contacts and apply solvents/epoxies.
• Work with limited supervision and support other departments as needed.
