Centro, Inc. in Cascade, IA is hiring a Machine Operator for its rotational molding line. You will operate molding machines, set up molds, and load/unload parts while adhering to work instructions and quality standards.

The role includes documenting production records and supporting teammates to keep a productive, safe environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits as a growing leader in rotational molding. Must be 18+, with prior manufacturing experience and pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work standards, and production documentation.

Responsabilités

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and load/unload molds during production.
• Follow PSRs, work instructions, and quality procedures to meet specs.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist in training and supporting teammates to maintain a positive team environment.
