Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Mfg Machine Operator I for the Second Shift to operate Ferry 330/220 rotational molding machines. You will monitor cycle times, ensure safety and quality, and keep the work area clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and good English communication. You will also enter data in Prism and assist with mold changes and basic maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the specified Ferry 330 or Ferry 220 rotational molding machines to meet cycle times and quality standards.
• Set up and start molds, coordinate mold changes, and prep molds to minimize downtime.
• Enter data into Prism information system and maintain accurate cycle data and part weights.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow safety procedures, and wear PPE as required.
• Assist in day-to-day production and support maintenance when needed.
