Job summary

Centro, Inc. in Cascade, IA is hiring a Machine Operator for its rotational molding line. You will operate molding machines, set up molds, and load/unload parts while adhering to work instructions and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and load/unload molds during production.
• Follow PSRs, work instructions, and quality procedures to meet specs.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist in training and supporting teammates to maintain a positive team environment.

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator

• Operate rotational Molding machines and related manufacturing equipment
• Set up Molds, perform Mold changes, and safely load and unload Molds throughout production
• Follow work instructions, Product Summary Reports (PSRs), and quality procedures to produce parts that meet customer specifications
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Be a leader-assist in training and supporting team members while promoting a positive team environment

What It Takes to Be Successful in this Role:

• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work standards, and production documentation
• Basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude and experience working with machinery, hand tools, or power tools and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable using computers and various manufacturing software systems
• Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
