Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment, molds, and hoists are functioning and reports issues.
• Sets up and starts up molds for production.
• Maintains quality parts according to standards.
• Records cycle data, weights, and times.
• Coordinates mold changes to minimize downtime.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Supports shift completion and teamwork.
