Job summary

Masterson Staffing is seeking a Molder/Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to assist in operating rotational molding machines and producing plastic parts in a manufacturing setting.

You will handle resins and dyes, inspect parts for quality, maintain tooling, and help keep the work area clean and safe while meeting production targets. No prior experience required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and basic reading, writing, and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety regulations and report hazards.
