Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in McKinney, TX seeks a Production Maintenance Worker for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) on-site to support microelectronic assembly and testing.

You will perform manual assembly, solder, operate processing equipment, inspect with a microscope, and follow detailed work instructions using the Factory Operating System. A HS diploma and 2+ years in microelectronics manufacturing are required, with safety and quality focus valued.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/ technical education with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment in the aerospace or defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Manual assembly tasks, solder, and operate processing equipment.
• Sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Follow written work instructions using FOS and log nonconformances.
• Communicate effectively, multi-task and adapt to assignments.
• Perform in-process inspection per standards and customer specifications.
