Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking an onsite Test Technician for 1st shift to support acceptance testing on production and development/prototype products within CMC. The role involves working with engineering on production and troubleshooting tasks in a classified environment.

A US citizen with an active SECRET clearance is required, and experience with manufacturing automation tools is preferred. Candidates should have an AA/AS degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience and be able to

Qualifications

Requires AA/AS degree (or 2-year post high school) with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience with VM, CMES, SAP or similar manufacturing automation tools.
Experience with Excel, MATLAB, programming and basic computer applications.
Ability to perform product tests using procedures, manuals, schematics, and drawings under limited supervision.
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Use problem-solving skills and identify alternate solutions to technical challenges.
Fault-isolate problems and assist in resolution between test environment and devices under test.
Observe, analyze, and report test data; set up appropriate test equipment.
Interpret test data to decide pass/fail conditions and escalate if needed.
Utilize hand tools, torque tools, analyzers and power tools as required.
