Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a dedicated production operator to perform a range of electronics and mechanical assembly tasks. You will read schematics, follow documented work instructions, and inspect assemblies to IPC standards. The role requires hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and the ability to work with power tools and microscopes.

Hours are 2pm to 11:30pm with potential overtime. A post-market wage range is provided, reflecting in-office or hybrid placement, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• One year of experience or less in production/assembly.
• Meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work under a microscope.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
• Install, assemble, and inspect electronic as per work instructions.
• Interpret job routers, instructions, and schematics for electronics assembly.
• Perform inspections to ensure IPC standards are met/exceeded.
• Use hand/power tools and assembly palettes.
• Follow specifications for material application under simulated conditions.
• Assist with various mechanical assembly tasks and related duties.
