Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined; able to operate and adjust metal forming equipment.
• Team oriented with willingness to train co-workers.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred; military equivalents recognized.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and adjust metal forming equipment according to procedures.
• Maintain mill and surrounding area in safe, clean condition.
• Perform changeovers, replace punches and dies, and meet production goals.
• Assist training of co-workers and work effectively in a team.
• Complete required quality paperwork and inspections.
