Job summary

Atkore International is seeking a Machine Operator (LTC Operator) for the 2nd shift in Massachusetts. You will set up, operate, inspect and adjust machinery, read Standard Work, and ensure materials are ready while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. The position offers shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education; required or preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in loud, hot, or cool environments and follow safety rules.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend production Standard Work and Job Function Analysis (JFA).
• Ensure production materials are available.
• Operate and observe machinery during production.
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately.
