Job summary

ClarkDietrich Oklahoma City is seeking a 1st and 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Member to safely set up, operate and adjust metal forming equipment, following procedures and quality checks. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.

You will be expected to participate in training coworkers, maintain a clean work area, and assist with maintenance tasks as needed. Starting pay is $19.25 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with ability to work with hand tools.
• Must be team oriented and able to train others.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust metal forming equipment.
• Perform quality checks using tape measures and calipers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules.
• Assist maintenance and support other duties as needed.
