ClarkDietrich is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to safely set up, operate, and adjust metal forming equipment while adhering to procedures and quality checks. The role emphasizes teamwork, training of co-workers, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a high-activity manufacturing facility.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to read tape measures and micrometers to ensure dimensions meet specifications.

• Mechanically inclined and able to follow procedures.

• Team-oriented with good communication and willingness to train others.
• Military experience or equivalent may substitute for formal education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust metal forming equipment using standard tooling.
• Maintain mill operation according to procedures; keep area clean and safe.
• Perform quality checks using tape measures and micrometers; ensure part dimensions meet specs.
• Assist in training co-workers; work collaboratively to meet production goals.
• Complete required paperwork and follow safety rules; report issues promptly.
