Job summary

ClarkDietrich in Rochelle, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member to safely set up, operate and adjust metal forming equipment by using appropriate tools and procedures. You will help keep the mill running smoothly and ensure conformance to specifications.

This role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing all day, and wearing PPE. You will perform quality checks with tape measures and micrometers, assist in training coworkers, maintain a clean work area, and support

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and adjusts metal forming equipment using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Keeps mill operating according to procedures and in good condition.
• Performs quality checks with tape measure, caliper and micrometer as required.
• Maintains a clean, safe work station and adheres to PPE rules.
• Directs, assists and trains helpers as needed.
