Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience using hand-held measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
• Computer literacy and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (certified).
• Pull, inspect, and verify products before processing; perform machine setups per work orders.
• Ensure products meet specifications and record measurements per instructions.
• Identify, record, and segregate scrap and non-conforming materials.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition; assist in lean/quality improvements.
