Job summary

Atkore International in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Coiler (Machine Operator) for the 3rd shift (12:00AM - 8:00 AM, Monday - Friday). Base pay is $24.69/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential, reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor.

You will operate coiling machinery, assist with packing, and complete required paperwork. Requirements include basic math, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, good attendance, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

• Basic Math skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Good attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Read and operate machinery according to Standard Work and JFA.
• Ensure production materials are available.
• Operate and observe machinery during production.
• Identify acceptable product quality to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team to achieve site goals.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
