Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Conveyors & Hydraulics for the 2nd shift in the Greater Madison, WI area. The role offers a starting base pay of $31.00 per hour with premium overtime and full benefits.

You will maintain high-speed processing lines, service conveyors and drive assemblies, and diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic systems while ensuring GMP compliance and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Ability to perform basic structural welding.
• Comfort working in a food-safe GMP environment.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Residence within a daily 45-minute commute of Greater Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical fault-tracing and repairs.
• Service conveyors and drive assemblies to ensure uptime.
• Diagnose fluid power systems including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Execute structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding.
• Maintain GMP and sanitation compliance across work areas.
