Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm to 11pm) at a leading beverage manufacturing and sustainability company. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial equipment, focusing on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and shredders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance as a Technician.
• Technical degree or certification in mechanical/electrical field.
• Proven experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving and equipment diagnosis.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify issues and ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules and docs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to mitigate recurring issues.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and workspace is safe.
• Train staff on maintenance procedures and equipment issues.
• Provide emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Recommend upgrades or replacements for aging equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and place orders.
