Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in a high-speed food processing environment near Madison, WI. The role focuses on conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding, with a strong emphasis on safety and GMP adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced production setting, with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors as core strengths.
• Ability to perform basic structural welding, torch cutting, and metal fitting for machinery repair.
• Must work in a food-safe environment with GMP compliance and strong safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with mechanical troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
• Service conveyors and drive assemblies, troubleshoot and optimize belt and gear systems.
• Diagnose and service hydraulic/pneumatic systems and fluid distribution loops.
• Perform structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding to repair guards and brackets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sanitation protocols in partnership with floor leadership.
