Job summary

This Second Shift Mechanic Helper position is based out of Hatfield, PA. You will work on a Lube Truck, supporting a Lube Technician and developing your skills, often at customer sites.

Hours are generally 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $32.96 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential. Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness and interest in learning a trade.
• Technical School/Technical College or related work experience preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain a sufficient tool inventory to perform assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Assists in performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment
• Follows all company, client, state, and federal safety requirements
• Maintains a set of tools required to perform the work
• Provides support as needed to move equipment
• Provides a high level of communication with company mechanic
• Performs all other duties as assigned
• Documenting work performed in CDK system
